There are 4 easy ways to apply after printing the application and ordering forms.. They are:

Call in your application to:  (559) 297-4271
Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your package in the mail.

Fax in your application to:  (559) 297-4223
Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your package in the mail.
The FAX line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mail in your application to:

Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your package in the mail once the application is in our hands at our processing office. (Currently we are processing at our Lake Tahoe location).

E-Mail your Application to us: Attach your Application and Ordering Form as a PDF or JPEG attachment to our E-Mail address.

All Packages are mailed by US Postal Service using First Class mail, or Priority Mail.

Phone hours are generally 6:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific Coast Time, 7 days a week.
FAX hours are 24/7 (24 hours a day, seven days a week)
Applications arriving early enough in the morning by Fax, Phone or E-Mail are often processed that morning and your package placed in the mail that same day!!
