my package be mailed?
In the USA, all package are mailed by First Class or Priority Mail at a US Post Office
FAST PROCESSING, FAST SHIPPING
There are 4 ways to send your Ordering and Application Forms to us after you print them out on your computer.

(An
experienced knowledgeable representative will be happy to take your
application by phone, or answer any questions you may have.)
Processing time is generally 1-3 business days to place your package in the mail once the application is in our hands.
Fax in your application 24 hours a day to: (559) 297-4223
Processing

you can usually FAX the application from stores like, Staples, Office
Depot, Office Max, UPS Store or FED EX store.

Processing time is generally 1-3 business days to place your package in the mail once the application is in our hands.
E-Mail your application to us as a PDF or JPEG attachment to our E-Mail address. (24 hours a day) Our E-Mail address is wcm@wcm.org and you can find the E-Mail address also on the application and ordering forms.

Canada
Residents and Residents of Other Countries Only
Currently
we are accepting applications from outside the USA. However, we are not
accepting applications from the Middle East areas, and a few other troubled areas.
The postage cost to mail
your
package from the USA to another country is currently $34.00 US and must be added to your offering on the Application-Ordering forms.
This mailing cost does not apply to packages mailed within the USA to a USA address.
Payment
from outside the USA must be in the form of a Credit Card (fastest
service), International Money Order, or Bank Check (Cashiers Check)
payable through a USA Bank.
The
fastest way to get your application to us is to E-Mail the application
as a PDF attachment to our E-Mail address which is: wcm@wcm.org or to Fax the application to us.
We
do not accept personal checks from outside the USA. All offerings must be in USA dollars
only. Click the link below to open the international application which
has one extra page to fill out at the bottom of the 11 pages of information.
